Change of Annual Meeting Date

The Date of the Annual General Meeting of the Mittagong RSL Club Limited has been changed to Sunday 13th April 2008, due to addressing errors to members which were beyond the Club's control.

New notice of meeting and voting packages are being sent to all members early next week. Voting papers have been altered with a change of colour to reflect differentation between the original voting papers sent out and the new voting papers in the second mail out. Only the new voting papers will be counted in the ballot for Directors.

A covering letter explaining the situation is being sent with these packages to all members.
